After Payment: Production and Quality Control

Full-line testing
For SMT production lines, we build and test the full line together when required, so machine-to-machine workflow issues can be found before shipment.
Factory Acceptance Test
Before shipment, customers can choose the acceptance method that fits their project. We support factory visit acceptance, product trial production at our site, or remote video acceptance.

Do you test a full SMT production line before shipment?
When the order is a full SMT production line, we can build and test the line as a complete system to reduce equipment matching problems before delivery.
Can we inspect the machine before shipment?
Yes. You can visit for acceptance, bring your product for site testing when feasible, or use video and live-stream acceptance.
Can training be done online?
Yes. We often provide online live training. Onsite engineer service is also available when the project requires it and the arrangement is confirmed.
