Factory Areas Buyers Can Understand
I.C.T builds and prepares equipment through real production, inspection, and packing areas. The goal is to let overseas customers understand how their machines are prepared before shipment.
Showroom and equipment display
Customers can review machine appearance, configuration, and product family through our selective soldering display area.
Assembly and debugging workshop
Equipment is assembled, wired, debugged, and checked by our production and engineering teams before acceptance.
Inspection and packing area
Before shipment, machines go through checking, aging, accessory confirmation, documentation, and wooden crate packing.
From Material Purchase to Production
After the project is confirmed, we arrange scheduling, purchase required materials, and start production based on the confirmed machine configuration and delivery plan.

Accessories are checked, photos are saved, and equipment is packed into wooden crates for delivery.
Inspection Before Shipment
Our engineers inspect each project according to the equipment scope. The inspection focuses on visible condition, machine operation, and whether the equipment can meet the agreed functional requirements.
- Appearance inspection for machine body, panels, labels, and visible components.
- Functional inspection for movement, control, heating, software, alarms, and process actions.
- If the customer has no objection, we can place solder bars into the machine for process testing.
- Test results, photos, and required records are saved for project review.
Aging, Accessories, and Final Check
After basic inspection, the equipment may enter aging and repeated operation checks. This helps reduce avoidable problems before the machine leaves our factory.
- Aging test normally runs for 3-5 days when the project requires it.
- Functional actions are checked again during the testing period.
- Accessories, spare parts, documents, and project items are checked before packing.
- Photos are taken during production, inspection, aging, accessory checking, and packing.
Photo Records and Report Access
For transparency, project records can be organized and uploaded to a server folder. If a customer needs review access, we can open the folder for photos and inspection report PDF files.
Production photos
Material arrival, assembly, wiring, and equipment preparation photos can be saved by project.
Inspection photos
Appearance checks, functional checks, process tests, and aging records can be photographed.
Accessory records
Spare parts, tools, manuals, and project accessories can be checked before packing.
PDF reports
Inspection reports and related project files can be provided as PDF files when required.
Customer server access
If your team needs to review records remotely, we can provide access to the project server folder. This helps buyers confirm progress and inspection status without waiting for a factory visit.

Wooden Crate Packing and Delivery
After inspection and accessory confirmation, equipment is protected and packed for international transport. Packing photos can also be saved for customer records.
